SiteHopper Search

This floe searches a SiteHopper database using an OEDesignUnit from a dataset as input. A tutorial can be found here: Search for Similar Binding Sites with SiteHopper.

Extra Required Parameters

• Num Best Hits (integer) : Number of best-scoring DUs to keep. If this number is increased, the memory of the cube may need to be increased as well

  Default: 1000 Min: 1 Max: 20000
• Float Sort Field (Field Type: Float) : Record field containing the key value to sort by

  Default: Normalized Patch Score

  Choices: Patch Shape Score, Normalized Patch Score
• Query dataset (data_source) : The dataset(s) to read records from
• Output Dataset (dataset_out) : Output dataset to write to
• SiteHoper DB dataset (data_source) : The dataset(s) to read records from
