The OEElemNo namespace encodes symbolic constants representing atomic numbers of the elements. Elements are represented by their atomic symbols encoding the integer value of their atomic number, i.e. OEElemNo::C has the value 6, OEElemNo::O the value 8 and OEElemNo::H the value 1.
