Calculation Parameters

  • Automorph Field (automorph_field) type: boolean: This parameter indicates whether automorphisms should be taken into account during the RMSD calculation.
    Default: True
  • CPUs (cpu_count) type: integer: The number of CPUs to run this cube with

  • Cube Metrics (cube_metrics) type: string: Set of metrics to be collected
