Merge Fragments

This cube accepts records containing fragments and handles duplicate fragments

by updating its frequency and the list of molecules the fragment belongs to. The records containing unique fragments are emitted to its success port

  • CPUs (cpu_count) type: integer: The number of CPUs to run this cube with
