Save BUSTER¶

BUSTER dictionaries are a single CCP4 style .cif file. AFITT creates a dictionary for each unknown, non covalently bound residue. This can create a problem for modified residues like phospho- serine or tyrosine. To view the files prior to saving, click on the CIF tab as seen in Figure: Saving BUSTER dictionaries
