void OEClearGlobalFragLib()

Clears the global fragment library. This function can be used to remove the default fragment library in order to load a new one or to ensure that any force field parameter change will be used during the subsequent runs in favor of the preloaded default fragment library.

Note

This function is not thread-safe and must be called before starting any threads.
