Major bug fixes

The problem of stripping off all SD data from a multi-conformer molecule has been fixed by introducing an overloaded version of the OEFlipper function that takes an OEMCMolBase object.

Minor bug fixes

operator() no longer returns true when it fails due to a timeout.
