OERacemicType

This namespace contains constants used by the class OETautomerOptions that stores the stereo loss behavior when the OETautomerOptions::GetSaveStereo method returns false.

Note

If the OETautomerOptions::GetSaveStereo method returns true, this flag is irrelevant.

Default

The default value is OERacemicType::LocalSampled.

None

This option indicates that no racemic type will be set.

LocalSampled

This option indicates that individual tautomers that have double bonds to tetrahedral stereocenters will have the stereo removed.

EverSampled

This option indicates that if an atom which are tetrahedral stereocenters has a double bonds in any of the tautomers returned by the function, then those tetrahedral stereocenters will have the stereo removed in ALL of the returned tautomers.
