• The C++ Shape TK now depends on the oeopt and oemolpotential libraries. Please update build scripts accordingly to account for the new dependency.

Major bug fixes

• OEBestOverlay constructor that takes a molecule will not terminate the process when given a molecule with only hydrogen atoms.
