• A new preliminary class, OEDesignUnitCharges, has been added that charges an OEDesignUnit.

New features

• A new optional argument, warts, has been added to the OEFormalChargeOptions constructor. Two new methods, OEFormalChargeOptions.GetWarts and OEFormalChargeOptions.SetWarts, have also been added that control whether to add wart to the title of each charge state.
