FastROCS TK 1.2.1

• FastROCS is now built with the 2011.Oct toolkit release. This has some significant performance improvements on the server load time.

• FastROCS is now built against the latest two shipping NVidia drivers: OpenCL 1.1 CUDA 4.1 inside the 285 NVidia driver; and OpenCL 1.0 CUDA 4.0 inside the 275 NVidia driver. These drivers solve some search initialization costs that were seen in some setups.

• The Vida extension is being removed from the FastROCS distribution as a new version is being bundled directly into Vida.

• Significant updates to the README to remove a lot of cruft that had accumulated during development.
