OEReceptorHasOuterContourLevel(rec: Union[OEGraphMol,OEMol,OEQMol]) -> bool

Returns true if the receptor has an outer contour level set.

Note

This function will return true even if the outer contour is disabled (i.e. even if the level is negative).
