Bug fixes

• 4-methylimidazole now explicitly adds a hydrogen atom to the nitrogen atom in position 1.

• Added imidazole ring template.

• Fixed crash with name bis(methacryloyloxymethyl)tricyclo[5.2,1,0^{2,6}.

• Fixed crash in name tetraethyn.

• Added ring template: iindeno[7,1-de:1’,7’-fg][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocine.

• Corrected dictionary entry: O-orsellinic acid, o-phenanthroline and syrosingopine.
