Minor bug fixes

• A crash that occurred when attempting to use the Subrocs initial orientation method with an OEBestOverlay object to overlay molecules onto a reference grid has been fixed. A warning is now issued stating that Subrocs matching against grids is not implemented, and that inertial frame alignment will be used instead.
