OEAddPatchSurface(du: OEDesignUnit,
                  opts: OESiteHopperPatchOptions = OESiteHopperPatchOptions()) -> bool

Create the patch surface (as created inside Add) and attach it to du. The design unit must have valid 3D atomic coordinates and atom types assigned. This function is not needed for database creation or searching, but is useful for visualization.
