• OEMakeComplexCavities added a “probe radius” argument. Previously, the probe radius used in the calculation was always set to 1.4 Angstroms.

• OEMakeProteinRibbonSurface added to generate a protein ribbon as an OESurface object.

Documentation fixes

• OEMakeVoidVolume documentation corrected to clarify the meaning of the probe radius argument.

• Python examples have been added to demonstrate additional functionality.
