2021.2.1 Release
Highlights
The 2021.2.1 release marks a major milestone in Orion® releases. The Orion Platform release is now decoupled from the Science Suites or Floe packages release. Science Suites now closely track the Apps and Toolkits releases.
Floe Search functionality now searches by Floe title and Floe description. Title matches are listed before description matches.
Floes are now sorted by title rather than by name.
Discussion Boards can now be created and loaded directly from the
Analyze
and3D Modeling
pages.New icons have been introduced for collections , datasets , and files .
Read-only folders, collections, datasets, and files have special icons marked with a icon.
Job cost notification now reports estimated job cost plus OpenEye’s markup.

Project Summary
New Features
Documents and molecular files uploaded as “Project Files” are now placed in Team Data. No ETL Floes are run on these files.
Major Bug Fixes
Edits of project descriptions can now be saved.
Project Data
New Features
Collections, datasets, and files are now labeled with unique icons. A icon depicts a collection, a icon depicts a dataset, and a icon depicts a file.
Read-only folders, collections, datasets, and files have special icons marked with a icon. For example, a read-only folder will be denoted as .
Dataset depictions are displayed faster.
Shared spaces can now be deleted.
Discussion Boards can now be moved between My Data and Shared Spaces.
Major Bug Fixes
Moving a folder now moves the folder and all of its contents.
A bug that limited the number of folders listed in the Path Selector when saving or moving datasets has been fixed. Users can now load more folders, if they exist.
Minor Bug Fixes
An issue that caused the Active Data list to sometimes list search results instead of the active data has been fixed.
Selecting “View Results” on the
Jobs
page now searches all folders in the current project and displays all resource types.Searching for resources by Job Id on the
Project Data
page could show those resources in the Trash and Active Data folders as well. This issue has been fixed.Moving a dataset from Active Data to another project now clears the data from Active Data.
3D Modeling
New Features
Discussion Boards can now be created and loaded directly from the

page.Discussion Boards will throw a warning if a snapshot is missing datasets.
Major Bug Fixes
Nucleic acids are displayed by default when they are part of a DesignUnit.
When editing a protein, protein mutation tools now work properly.
A ligand in a DesignUnit can now be edited without the associated protein.
Minor Bug Fixes
3D Modeling snapshots in Discussion Boards now include grid contour information.
Memory management improvements have been made to the
3D Modeling
page.Deleting a pinned record now removes it from the Objects list.
Analyze

An issue that caused some inconsistent vertical and/or horizontal scrolling behavior in the spreadsheet has been fixed.
Binning of columns with the same name from different datasets now properly merges the data.

A bug that caused the spreadsheet scrollbar to sometimes disappear has been fixed.
Floe UI

R-groups and isotopes can now be set in the sketcher via a right-click on atoms.
Minor Bug Fixes
Floe Editor:
Parameters fixed in the Floe Editor can now be removed.
The Start Job button in the Floe dialog could be disabled if a String parameter was required but had an empty string as a default. This issue has been fixed.
