FreeForm Output Ligand Setting

This cube reads a freeform record, chooses starting conformations for unbound state, and sets the selected conformations as primary molecule.

Calculation Parameters

  • CPUs (cpu_count) type: integer: The number of CPUs to run this cube with

  • Cube Metrics (cube_metrics) type: string: Set of metrics to be collected
