Description

This floe uses cubes from OpenEye’s orion-platform package to convert an input file to an Orion dataset. This conversion gracefully handles filetype conversion using orion-platform’s DRConvert capability. Any output files that do not contain molecular data can be downloaded, but not analyzed in the Orion UI.

Titles of required parameters (promoted names)

  • File to use as input (file) type: file_in: Molecular or CSV file to convert to records for use in a floe
  • Output Dataset (data_out) type: dataset_out: Output dataset to write to
