Description

This floe uses OEBio function OEUpdateDesignUnit to swap metals in a design unit. The required input is a dataset with an OEDesignUnit.

Metal Swap Options

Swap Residues (swap_residues): Mutate multiple residues. Format: ‘RESNAME:RESNUM:ICODE:CHAINID[:FRAGNO:ALTLOC]’, e.g. ‘ALA:325: :A’ (note the blank/whitespace insert code). The regex ‘.*’ notation can be used as a wildcard. Separate multiple with ‘|’ delimiter.

Reassign charges (charge_reassign): Option to re-assign the formal charges on the swapped metals.
