Description

This floe Transforms an Orion Dataset to an OEChem Molecular File Format. Any output files that do not contain molecular data can be downloaded, but not analyzed in the Orion UI.

Titles of required parameters (promoted names)

• file_name (file_name) type: file_out: Name of the file to create from records. The file extension will determine the format.
• Input Dataset (data_in) type: data_source: The dataset(s) to read records from
