Description

This floe will allow for the addition of fields associated with sample_name, barcode_group and barcode_round if it was not added during the barcoding step or can alter these fields in AbXtract datasets.

Parameter title in user interface (promoted name)

  • Failed Dataset Output Name (data_out) type: dataset_out: Contains failed records from both upstream and downstream Processes
    Default: problematic.modify_barcode_or_sample
