Introduction
The Protein Modeling Floes are essentially SiteHopper floes. SiteHopper compares protein binding sites. It first converts a binding site to a searchable site called a patch, which it compares to other binding site patches that are stored in a pregenerated database. The Enumerate Pockets on Design Units Floe enumerates binding site pockets on input design units. The Make SiteHopper Patch Database Floe generates a SiteHopper patch collection. The SiteHopper Search Floe generates a hit list of top performing searches.
