Ligand Charge

This Cube charges small organic molecules by using the ELF10 charge method (based on am1bcc method). If the ligands are already charged and the user would like to skip this stage the cube parameter “charge_ligand” can be used. The cube requires a record as input with small organic molecules to be charged and produces a new record with the charged molecules.

Calculation Parameters

  • Assign Ligand Partial Charges (charge_ligands) type: boolean: Assign ligand partial charges or not

  • Cube Metrics (cube_metrics) type: string: Set of metrics to be collected

  • Temporary Disk Space (MiB) (disk_space) type: decimal: The minimum amount of disk space in MiB (1048576 B) this cube requires. Due to overhead, request a couple hundred MiB more than required.

  • Max number of ligand conformers (max_conformers) type: integer: Maximum number of ligand conformers to generate to assign AM1BCC ELF10 ligand partial charges

Parallel Ligand Charge

The parallel version adds these extra parameters.
