Apply Force Field
This cube parametrizes a flask with the selected force fields. It requires an MD record with an “MD Components” field as input. The output record contains the parametrized flask in the form of a ParmEd Structure object (see https://github.com/ParmEd/ParmEd).
The user can select the force fields to be applied to the protein and ligand components. The protein force fields include parameters for standard amino acid residues; there is limited support for on-the-fly generation of parameters for non-standard residues.
Water is parametrized using the TIP3P model.
Sugars are not currently supported, but this will be improved in future releases.
