Bond Annotation

This cube generates a 2D depiction with bond annotations using various annotation syles.

The input molecule is read from the field specified by the Input Molecule Field parameter.

The tag that identifies the bonds being annotated is specified by the Annotation Tag parameter. The style of the annotation is determined by the Bond Annotation Style and Bond Annotation Color parameters. The generated SVG image is stored in the field specified by the 2D Depiction Field parameter, and the record is sent to the success port.

The molecule depiction can be customized using the parameters listed in the Image Parameters, Molecule Depiction Parameters and Annotation Parameters sections.
