Bound Ligand Entropy
- This cube calculates the entropy of a ligand bound in a protein.
Design units containing both ligand and protein are read from the intake port. The cube assumes that the ligand conformer is minimized. Calculated entropy values are added to the intake port records and emitted through the success port.
