EON Overlay (Multi Query)
This cube calculates EON electrostatic Tanimoto similarity between a query molecule and a database molecule. This calculation includes shape and electrostatics overlay and the input database molecules will be overlaid with reference ones.
Both the query molecule and the database (fit) molecule is read from the intake port record.
By default shape and charge similarity overlay and scoring is performed. Optionally shape and charge overlays can be re-scored with shape and potential single point scoring.
A single conformer molecule with the highest Tanimoto Combo is then emitted through the success port,
