Receptor in Design Unit

This cube generates receptor inside design units.

Design units are read from the init port, and records containing design units with receptors are emited through the success port.

Calculation Parameters

  • Binding Site Buffer for Apo Targets (apo_site_buffer) type: decimal: When an apo protein is detected, the design unit’s site residues are used when defining the receptor’s bounds. This parameter extends the boundary when making a receptor.
