Protein-Ligand Contact Map Depiction (Series)

This cube creates interactive protein-ligand contact maps between input ligands and a reference protein molecule. The interactive contact map visualizes the ligand molecule surrounded by those residues of the protein which interact with the ligand. When clicking on a residue (see image below), those regions of the ligand that interact with the residue will be highlighted.

The reference protein is read from the first record on the init initialization port, from the field specified by the Protein Field parameter. The ligand is read from the intake port, from the field specified by the Input Molecule Field parameter.

The generated SVG image is stored in the field specified by Contact Map Field and the record is sent to the success port.
