Torsion Depiction By Tag

This cube depicts torsional angle distributions in multi-conformer molecules. The torsion angle is identified by the atom tag specified by the Tag Name Field parameter.

The molecule is read from the field specified by the Input Molecule Field parameter. The generated interactive SVG image is stored in the field specified by Dihedral Depiction Field and the record is sent to the success port”
