EON Score (Multi Query)
This cube calculates EON electrostatic Tanimoto similarity between a query molecule and a database molecule. This is a static calculation, and no optimization is performed.
Both the query molecule and the database (fit) molecule is read from the intake port record. This cube expects that the ROCS overlay calculation has already been performed on the multi-conformer database molecules, and that the calculated shape tanimoto exist on the conformer records.
For each record, electrostatic tanimoto is calculated for each conformer of the fit molecule followed by calculation of the tanimoto combo (i.e., shape plus electrostatics). A single conformer molecule with the highest Tanimoto Combo is then emitted through the success port,
