Brood Overlay Manager

This cube manages BROOD overlay by determining, for the query or queries provided through the init port, which of the input BROOD database packets received through the intake port are relevant to each query. A record pairing each relevant packet with its query is emitted through the success port, and invalid packets are emitted through the failure port.
