Brood Secondary Build Manager

This cube sets up records for secondary molecule building. Secondary molecule building builds a new molecule that replaces multiple query fragments in the original molecule. Expects records with a Brood query and its overlay scores through the intake port. Those records are emitted with an added hit field for secondary molecule building, through the success port.
