Brood Secondary Molecule Builder
This cube builds a secondary molecule by replacing multiple query fragments in the original molecule. Expects the query molecules through the init port, and records each carrying a Brood hit together with hits from other queries through the intake port. Newly generated hits are emitted through the success port.
