Protein-Ligand Active Site Maps Depiction (Individual)

This cube depicts protein-ligand maps of a ligand and a protein molecule pair read from the intake port. The ligand is expected in the record field specified by Input Molecule Field, while the protein is expected in the record field specified by Protein Field.

The generated interactive image contains the following maps in separate tabs:

• unpaired interaction map (see cube: Protein-Ligand Unpaired Interaction Map Depiction (Individual))

• B-factor map (see cube: Protein-Ligand B-Factor Map Depiction (Individual))

The generated SVG image is stored in the record field specified by Active Site Maps Field and the record is sent to the success port.
