Protein-Ligand Unpaired Interaction Map Depiction (Series)

This cube generates protein-ligand unpaired interaction maps between input ligands and a reference protein molecule. The unpaired interaction map visualizes atom clashes and unpaired hydrogen bond and salt-bridge interactions.

The protein is read from the first record on the init initialization port, from the field specified by the Protein Field parameter. The ligand is expected in the field specified by Input Molecule Field read from the the intake port.

The generated SVG image is stored in the field specified by Unpaired Map Field and the record is sent to the success port.
