Minor bug fixes

• OEAddDockingInteractions has been updated after implementation changes were made to the OEBio::OEFragmentNetwork class. An example has been added to OEBio TK that illustrates how to access the protein-ligand interactions perceived by the OEAddDockingInteractions function.
