Bug fixes

• OESzybkiEnsembleResults is now usable with OESzybki.GetEntropy from Python, Java, and C#

• OEOpt::OEMaxStepLineMinimize::SetMaxStep had its arguments in the incorrect order for inheriting from OELineMinimize.

• OEBFGSOpt now properly handles gradients approaching zero.
