OEMonomerGlyphStyleDefault

class OEMonomerGlyphStyleDefault: public OEMonomerGlyphStyleBase
The OEMonomerGlyphStyleDefault class is used
to assign values from the OECircleStyle namespace to each monomers for depiction.
The following methods are publicly inherited from OEMonomerGlyphStyleBase:

OEMonomerGlyphStyleDefault()
Default constructor.
operator()
unsigned operator()(const OEChem::OEMonomerData &) const
Returns OECircleStyle.Default if the monomer is a standard amino acid, and
OECircleStyle.Simpson otherwise.
CreateCopy
base_type* CreateCopy() const
Deep copy constructor that returns a copy of the object.
The memory for the returned OEMonomerGlyphStyleDefault
object is dynamically allocated and owned by the caller.
