class OEIsNTerminalAtom : public OESystem::OEUnaryPredicate<OEChem::OEAtomBase>

This class represents OEIsNTerminalAtom functor that identifies the N-terminal backbone atoms (OEAtomBase) for standard amino acid residues in a macro-molecule, or for a nonstandard amino acid residues with a complete backbone.
