OEHasAminoAcidType

class OEHasAminoAcidType

This functor can be used to identify monomers with the given amino acid type (OEAminoAcidType).

Constructors

OEHasAminoAcidType(unsigned aminoAcidType)

Initializes the functor with the given polymer type from the OEAminoAcidType namespace.

OEHasAminoAcidType(const OEHasAminoAcidType &)

Copy Constructors.

operator()

bool operator()(const OEMonomer &) const

Returns true, if the given monomer has the same amino acid type the OEHasAminoAcidType functor is initialized with.

CreateCopy

OESystem::OEUnaryFunction<OEMonomer, bool>* CreateCopy() const

Deep copy constructor that returns a copy of the object. The memory for the returned OEHasAminoAcidType object is dynamically allocated and owned by the caller.
