OEGetMonomerType

unsigned int OEGetMonomerType(const OEMolBase& monomer_mol)
unsigned int OEGetMonomerType(const std::string& monomerSmiles)

Determines the monomer type of the monomer defined by its molecule or smiles representation. Returns OEMonomerType.Undefined if given monomer does not satisfy the requirement of any of the specific monomer type.
