bool OEHasRadii(const OEMolBase &mol, bool all=true)

OEHasRadii returns whether atoms in the molecule have radii assigned.

When all is true (the default), the function returns true only if every non-dummy atom has a non-zero radius. When all is false, the function returns true if any non-dummy atom has a non-zero radius.

Note

Dummy atoms (atomic number OEElemNo.Du) are excluded from the check.
