  • Upper Diversity Limit for the CDR3 (max_number_of_cdr3_to_keep) type: integer: This sets an upper threshold for total number of CDR3 to retain (for each cluster bacrcode group) clustering based on abundance.If VH+VL sequencing is done (e.g., PacBio) it will set upper limit based on the larger diversity comparingHCDR3 and LCDR3. Otherwise, if a specific region is desired (e.g., HCDR3) then set the region using the ‘Region to Set the Upper Diversity Limit’. Setting this value too high may come at elevated cost with minimal advantage to the output analysis.
