Model Optimization: ROCS and Kernel-PLS Regression

This cube builds a kernel Partial Least Squares (kPLS) model, using ROCS scores as descriptors. The cube assumes that pose conformers of the input molecules have been provided and only static ROCS scores are calculated to generate descriptors.
