OpenEye Suites

OpenEye workflow packages are supplied in suites, not in one all-inclusive product.

At present, the workflow suites are as follows.

• The Small Molecule Suite includes a variety of packages of scientific workflows and facilities (principally the Snowball cube package) for developing such workflows.

• The Formulation Suite includes facilities for formulating physical compounds, including medicinal crystals.

• The Antibody Suite includes facilities for working with the large molecules that may serve as antibodies.

• The Gaussian Module implements workflows in which Gaussian is the computational engine for quantum chemical calculations.
