Run OmegaFold

Method to run OmegaFold. This cube is based on the method that was outlined by the main() in OmegaFold Repo.

  • The Subbatching Number (subbatch_size) type: integer: The smaller, the slower, the less GRAM requirements. Default is the entire length of the sequence.
  • Local Parameter File(s) (weights_files_local) type: string: Additional parameter weights file if running locally. This is the file path to a weights file with the model to use in brackets (ex. /Path/To/File/release2.pt[2]). If no model is provided, model 1 is used. If multiple weights files are wanted, delineate the inputs with ‘;’ punctuation.

Parallel Run OmegaFold

The parallel version adds these extra parameters.

  • Number of messages to distribute at a time (item_count) type: integer: The maximum number of messages to bundle together for a parallel cube.

  • Maximum Failures (max_failures) type: integer: The maximum number of times to attempt processing a work item
    Default: 10 , Min: 1, Max: 100
  • Autoscale this Cube (autoscale) type: boolean: If True, let Orion manage the parallelism of this Cube

  • Maximum number of Cubes (max_parallel) type: integer: The maximum number of concurrently running copies of this Cube
