Description

This floe takes a dataset and converts any OEDesignUnits stored in the old binary blob format to the new Types.Chem.DesignUnit, which is required for use with any snowball cube, biomodeling floes, and for visualization of design units in the UI. The old field is left for backwards compatibility. This floe updates the dataset in place.

Titles of required parameters (promoted names)

• Output Dataset (data_out) type: dataset_out: Output dataset of successful calculations

  Default: Output for SPRUCE - OEDesignUnit Format Type Updater
• OEDesignUnit Dataset (data_in) type: data_source: Dataset containing OEDesignUnit
• Failed Dataset (data_out) type: dataset_out: Output dataset of failed calculations.
