Major bug fixes

• An issue that affected XLogP values depending on the aromaticity model perception has been repaired. OEGetXLogP function now re-perceives the OpenEye aromaticity model when necessary before calculating XLogP values.

• A filter with a non-zero MIN_UNBRANCHED_C had previously failed and now is properly calculated.
